现场预约流程

On-site Appointment Process

◉ 凭“护照”或“外国人永久居留身份证”到站点一站式服务台建立个人档案、预约挂号。

Please present your passport or Foreign Permanent Resident Identity Card to create a personal file and register at the One-stop Service Desk.

◉ 挂号后进行血压测量，并前往相应楼层和科室候诊；听到叫号或屏幕显示就诊提醒后，进入诊室就诊。

After registration, have your blood pressure measured first, then go to the corresponding floor and department to wait. Consult a doctor when your name is called or shown on the screen.

◉ 就诊过程中有任何问题可向工作人员咨询。

If you have any questions during the visit, please consult the staff.

每次就医是否只能现场挂号呢？

Is on-site registration the only way to see a doctor?

外籍患者可网上提前预约一周号源。持护照或外国人永久居留身份证，可在“松山湖社区卫生服务中心”微信公众号注册建档并预约挂号。

No! Foreign patients can make online appointments up to 7 days in advance. With a passport or Foreign Permanent Resident Identity Card, you can register and make appointments via the WeChat Official Account “Songshan Lake Community Health Service Center”.

网络预约流程

Online Appointment Process

扫码关注“松山湖社区卫生服务中心”微信公众号。

Scan the QR code to follow the WeChat Official Account: Songshan Lake Community Health Service Center.

进入公众号 → 点击“医疗服务” → 点击“预约挂号” → 进入“健康东莞”小程序。

Enter the official account → Tap Medical Services → Tap Appointment Registration → Open the Health Dongguan Mini Program.

点击右上角翻译，切换为英文界面。

Tap the translate icon in the top-right corner to switch to English.

点击“申领电子健康卡”，进入“粤信签”小程序；再次点击右上角翻译切换英文。

Tap Apply for an Electronic Health Card to enter the “Yuexinqian” Mini Program. Switch to English again via the top-right translate button.

点击“人脸识别”登录，证件类型选择“普通护照”或“外国人永久居留身份证”；登录成功后点击“返回健康东莞”。

Log in via Face Recognition. Select ID type: Ordinary Passport or Foreign Permanent Resident Identity Card. After login, tap Return to Health Dongguan .

填写个人信息，点击“申领健康卡”。

Fill in your personal information and tap Apply for Health Card .

点击左上角返回小程序主页，点击“约社区”。

Tap the back icon in the top-left corner to return to the homepage, then tap Make an appointment to the community .

搜索“松山湖”，选择“东莞市松山湖社区卫生服务中心”。

Search Songshan Lake and select Dongguan Songshan Lake Community Health Service Center .

选择就诊站点及科室。

Select your preferred service station and consultation department.

Select a doctor → Tap Make an Appointment → Choose the date and time of visit.

选择就诊人，确认信息后提交；可代亲友预约，提交成功将收到短信通知。

Select the patient, confirm information and submit. You can make appointments for family/friends. An SMS will be sent upon successful submission.

专家坐诊服务

Expert Consultation Services

中心门诊、北部站、南部站均有医联体医院专家坐诊。

进入公众号 → 医疗服务 → 门诊排班，可查看最新专家排班。

Experts from Class III Grade A hospitals provide consultations at the Center Outpatient, North Station and South Station.

Check the latest schedule via: Official Account → Medical Services → Outpatient Schedule.

温馨提示：Kind Reminder

当天挂号，预约优先。

Priority is given to pre-booked appointments.

请在预约时段前到达签到（可提前30分钟签到）；未按时报到将按现场号排队。

Please arrive and check in before your scheduled time (check-in available 30 minutes in advance). Late arrivals will queue as walk-in patients.

中心门诊、北部站设有口腔科，需预约就诊。

Stomatology (Dentistry) is available at the Center Outpatient and North Station (appointment required).

中心门诊、南部站提供疫苗接种，无需线上预约，现场取号候诊即可。

Vaccination services are available at the Center Outpatient and South Station. No online appointment is needed; get a queue ticket on site and wait for your turn.
